You asked about my tomatoe recipe fro...Cute story! You asked about my tomatoe recipe from my last post. Here it is --<br /><br />3 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley<br />1 Tablespoon sugar<br />1 1/2 teaspoon garlic Salt<br />1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt "Lawry's"<br />1/2 teaspoon black pepper<br />3/4 teaspoon dried oregano<br />3/4 cup veg. oil<br />1/2 cup red wine vinegar<br /><br /><br />4-6 large tomatoes or 10-12 roma tomatoes cut into wedges.<br /><br />wishk dressing ingredients to combine. Place tomatoes in a resealable plastic bag & pour in the dressing. Marinate overnight in refrigerator and bring to room temp.
