I am a woman who wears many hats and loves them all. I am a singer - I sing with the group Still Magnolias. I was part of the original First United Methodist Church Arbor Praise Team until we moved. I am teacher of Spanish I - III at the high school level. I don't make much but I love the ride. I am a preacher's wife. My husband Frank is the pastor at Rock Mills United Methodist Church. This is his second appointment, first with a parsonage, and I am really enjoying my new hat a great deal. I am a Certified Lay Speaker. I can actually fill a pulpit and have a few times. I have become a Porch Person at Rock Mills and like that role a lot. I have a wonderful daughter, Kat and her husband Brian. When I married Frank I was given the gift of Amy and her husband Steven. I am an only child who is experiencing a parent with dementia and learning how to deal with losing my mom to this dreaded condition. I love to travel and currently have been to 48 of the 50 United States, England, Ireland, Wales, Germany, Italy, most of Mexico and Canada. I have a dream to one day tackle the Mother Road - Route 66. There is something about the tales, the music, and the teepee motel that just peek my interest. I can't wait. There is something about a road trip....with no GPS....just the thrill of exploring that just makes my soul sing. I love my life. How many people can boast of loving what they do to the point that they look forward to each day as a great adventure? I do!
