Project 365 - Week 46

Week 46 of Project 365 is here.  I enjoyed alot of the great outdoors this week.  Hope over to Sara's blog and see what everyone else shot for the week.  They always have some amazing photos to share.

Sunday, November 6th

Tree in front of Roanoke First United Methodist.  The orange color was so gorgeous.

Monday, November 7th
I teach guitar on Monday nights to Bobby and Tommy(pictured).  They come at six and we have an hour lesson.  The guys are really funny and I enjoy them tremendously.  Both of them go to our church.

Tuesday, November 8th
I am definitely taking advantage of all the gorgeous foliage.  This shot is Stephens Road which is just outside of Daviston, AL and on my way home down Hwy 22.

Wednesday, November 9th

Marian's house in Daviston.  She has a yard full of color at her house in Daviston and the sun was hitting this red tree just right so I pulled over, got out, and caught a few great shots.

Thursday, November 10th

I did not bowl tonight.  I went to a Retirement dinner for Pat Jones in Auburn.  I rode with Marian and met her at her Wadley house.  These are shots from her Wadley yard.  As you can tell Marian is a huge Auburn Tiger fan.

Friday, November 12th
Sunset from my carport on Veteran's Day.  Wasn't the sky some more red.  Chuck and Susan came today.  We are going to a carpet sale in the morning at Milliken.  Amanda came over and the girls made candy for Amanda's Open House.  We had a blast.

Saturday, November 12th

We went to a carpet sale at Milliken's in LaGrange.  I bought four area rugs (2 for my house and 2 for Kat's classroom) and a runner for my hall.  Chuck and Sue made out like bandits and bought a great deal of carpet tiles for their church....and a slew of area rugs.  Amanda bought a runner and a huge rug.  We had a blast.  They had the rugs laid out in a parking lot and you lined up and they let us in a few at a time...so it was disorderly order.  Ever see the show Supermarket Sweep?...well...that is what this looked like minus the grocery shopping carts.  It was so much fun!  Hope your week was as good as mine was.  I can't wait to see what next week brings.  I am doing a couples photo shoot tomorrow.  I hope the weather is nice again.  Today was perfect....just perfect.

Stunning fall photos! One of these years I'm hoping to get a better camera (and learn how to use it!). Meanwhile I can enjoy yours :)
Sounds like a fun week. I've never heard of a carpet sale like that... but would love to find one in my area (of Argentina, that is) since I'd really like a few for our house.
Have a wonderful week!
